BGA Architects were appointed to obtain planning permission for the redevelopment of the above site.

 

After carefully considering the sites constraints and the viability of various options a scheme was produced to demolish the existing building and erect a 3 storey building in its place.

 

The building consisted of a ground floor commercial unit and 9 luxury flats with parking.
