The development consisted of a small development of semi detached houses along with a block of terrace houses.

Built of traditional construction these houses were originally built on behalf of a private developer who sold them off plan to a housing association.

The development was deliver on time and on budget and successfully saw the redevelopment of underutilised land and garaging which was subject to antisocial behaviour.
