The conversion of an existing building to create two self-contained residential flats has now been successfully completed, including alterations to the ground floor elevation to form a new dedicated entrance.

Located in the heart of Leigh-on-Sea, BGA Architects provided the Building Regulations drawings and technical coordination throughout the project. The completed development has now been finished to a high standard, with both flats currently on the market and available for sale
