BGA Architects were instructed to extend and adapt a detached house.

A single & two storey rear and side extension, with internal alterations which introduced additional natural light in to the building. As well as creating a much larger opening into the new open planned kitchen/diner and a master bedroom suite that the house merited.

Control 4 smart home automation has been installed to allow the client to control the audio, visual, lighting from the ease of their smartphone.

BGA Architects were instructed to provide a full architectural service, obtaining planning and building regulation approval and acted as the contract administrator for the project.
