TOFTS CHASE

BGA Architects have been commissioned to design a compliant “Paragraph 55” house. The property will be set inside a small woodland area, isolated from all services. The property will be completely off grid and self-sufficient, in terms of both living on and off of the land.

The property will be constructed using straw bale methods, green roofs and living walls. The utilities will be self-generated using locally source water collection, solar panels and off grid energy stores.
