WINSFORD GARDENS

BGA Architects were instructed to significantly extend and remodel and existing property in Westcliff on Sea.

The work involved demolishing half of the existing house and adding a single storey rear extension and two, two storey side extensions, to create a warm and inviting family home.

Not only were BGA Architects appointed to obtain planning permission for the property, they also assisted the client with the interior design/fit out of the space as well as administrating the building contract for the works.
