WIRELESS FACTORY

The Wireless Factory is a residential redevelopment providing 33 new homes, comprising one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments within a building ranging from four to five storeys. The architecture draws on the site’s industrial character, combining red brickwork, a distinctive gridded façade and metal-framed windows with private and shared outdoor amenity spaces.

Following planning approval secured by JTP, BGA Architects was appointed to produce the detailed technical design, developing the approved proposals into construction information.

As construction nears completion, we continue to undertake monthly site visits to review progress and assist with architectural queries arising during the works.
