Ian has over 25 years’ experience as a chartered quantity surveyor in the construction industry with projects ranging from £50,000 to £50,000,000, covering commercial, private and public sector clients, including offices, retail, hotels and leisure, education, residential, industrial and infrastructure sectors.

Ian is involved with the cost planning, procurement and tendering, contract administration and commercial management of a project from inception to completion.

When Ian isn’t bogged down with the numbers he enjoys playing football and golf, both equally as badly, and the odd pint or two.
